Annual General Meeting Shubh helping hands senior’s club – held on 20 October 2020 at 10:15 A.M on Zoom Virtual Meet
Notice for virtual meeting was given 3 weeks prior to AGM meeting via e-mail, text messages and phone calls to all the members of club.

AGENDA:
10: 15 am: 60 members and board members joined virtual meet on Zoom.
10:30 am: Presentation of financial statements for Shubh Helping hands Seniors Club.
10: 45 am: Senior’s Horizons federal funding project “Sew and Knit” discussed and explained.
11:00 am: Board of members chosen for senior’s club in November, year 2019 were selected till November, 2021
11: 15 am until 11:45 am: The regular activities and sessions were discussed.
Such as:
Music classes from well known professionals
Dance and regular yoga from professionals
Chair Yoga
Health Tips from health professionals.
Ballet lessons.
Acting, Art and drama classes.
Physio therapy classes
Diet and nutrition classes
11:45 am until 12pm: Discussion on professional’s guest speakers who gave presentation on various subjects.

Mental Health
Eye Specialist
Orthopaedic Surgeon
Cancer Specialist
Dental specialist
12:00 pm: Meeting adjourned.
